Products and availability

RIVIENE pieces are released in limited, numbered runs. Once a piece sells out, it will not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed at checkout in your selected currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

Promotions

Promotional offers, such as multi-item bundles, are applied automatically at checkout under the conditions described on the site. Where a bundle offer applies, the free item is the lowest-priced qualifying piece in the cart. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, photography, text and branding — is the property of RIVIENE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVIENE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law
