Authentic, always. Every pair is produced by our own certified manufacturing partners and ships directly to you, never through third-party resellers. We do not sell replicas or lookalikes of other brands. Checkout runs on full SSL encryption and your card details never touch our servers.
Yes, on every pair. All Riviene lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays (UV400) and carry a polarizing filter that cuts reflected glare from roads, water, snow and screens. That means less squinting and noticeably less eye strain on long drives and bright days.
100 days to change your mind. Return or exchange for any reason within 100 days of delivery. Frames need to come back unworn and in their original case. Once your return reaches us, the refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
We help you find it. Every product page lists frame width, lens height and temple length in millimetres, along with a guide for which face shapes each style suits. Not sure which way to go? Write to us at support@riviena.com before you order. And if the fit is not right when it arrives, the exchange is free.
Your total delivery time has two parts: processing, then tracked transit after dispatch.
Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
United States and Canada: approx. 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Europe: approx. 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: approx. 4 to 9 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: approx. 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
So most US orders arrive within about 6 to 13 business days of ordering. Shipping is free on all US orders, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Secure payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every transaction is encrypted end to end and handled by our payment provider, so we never store your card information.
Your frames arrive with a protective hard case and a microfibre cleaning cloth, at no extra cost. Use the cloth dry for daily smudges, and rinse your lenses with lukewarm water before wiping if there is sand or dust on them, so grit does not scratch the coating.
Our frames ship with non-prescription polarized lenses, but most optical shops can fit prescription lenses into them. Take the frames to your optician and they will confirm what works for your prescription. Do keep in mind that lens replacement is done at your own risk and is not covered by our returns policy once the original lenses are removed.
